The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to become the Founding Operating Partner of a brand-new, state-of-the-art Goddard School in one of the fastest-growing and most desirable markets in the Southeast. You will lead the opening, drive enrollment, and establish the culture of a flagship school — while positioning yourself for future leadership within a rapidly expanding platform.
This is not a typical "school director" role. This is a build, lead, and grow opportunity — with real upside, real responsibility, and a clear path to something bigger.

Your Role — Three Phases
| Pre-Opening Fall 2026 |
Drive enrollment through tours, community events, and grassroots outreach. Build local relationships, employer partnerships, and brand awareness. Help hire and shape the founding team and school culture. |
| Opening & Growth 2027+ |
Lead daily operations and team performance. Deliver an exceptional experience for every family, every day. Drive enrollment to full capacity with urgency and accountability. Build a high-performing, people-first culture. |
| Long-Term Year 2+ |
Grow into a key leader within Sunshine Education Group. Mentor future leaders and shape operational best practices. Expand into multi-school or regional leadership as the platform scales. |
